Processing Time

All orders are prepared fresh based on your specifications, including cakes, biscuits, chocolates, and gift hampers. We require 1 day to process your order.

Minimum and Maximum Delivery Timeline for Cakes

• Minimum Delivery Time: 24 hours

• Maximum Delivery Time: 3 months in advance

Delivery Coverage

We currently offer delivery within Indore.

Delivery Charges

• Standard Delivery: ₹150

• Pre-Midnight Delivery: ₹500

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please check it during delivery and report any issues immediately. Complaints shall be acknowledged within 30 minutes of delivery only.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available from 11 AM to 11 PM daily. You can collect your order in person from our store.
