Online Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email/SMS acknowledging the order details. Acceptance of the order occurs when it is dispatched. If you cancel your order according to the cancellation policy, the contract will not be completed.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order within 15 minutes of placement by logging into your account. If the order is already dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Payment and Refund Policy

We accept payments in INR via credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, mobile wallets, and Fantasy Bakery gift cards. We do not accept cash or cheques for online orders.

Refunds are processed within 7 days of the request. Refund eligibility will depend on the specific circumstances of the order, such as order fulfillment or product condition.

Pricing Policy

Prices are in INR and include taxes. Prices may change without prior notice. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you to confirm the price or cancel the item.

Product Availability/Information

Products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you via email or phone. If an item cannot be fulfilled, we may cancel it and process the rest of the order.

Returns, Refunds, and Title

We do not take title to returned items. Refunds may be issued as store credit or coupon codes. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
