• The cake will be hand-delivered in a durable cardboard box.

• The estimated delivery time may vary based on product availability and the delivery address.

• As cakes are fresh and need to be delivered quickly, we can only attempt delivery once and cannot change the delivery address.

• The cake, along with the paired bunch of red roses, is hand-delivered separately and is not shipped with other products.

• On rare occasions, we may need to substitute the flavour or design due to availability.

Care Instructions-

• It’s best to store cream cakes in the refrigerator. Fondant cakes should be kept in a cool, air-conditioned space.

• To enjoy the cake fully, slice and serve it at room temperature, away from heat sources.

• Use a bread knife to cut the fondant cake.

• Decorations may have internal supports like wire, toothpicks, or wooden sticks for stability. Please ensure these are safely removed before serving to children.

• For the best flavor, we recommend enjoying the cake within 24 hours.

• Keep the roses in vase, away from direct sunlight, to maintain their freshness and vibrant colour.

• Change the water in the vase daily and trim the stems slightly to help the roses last longer.
